charlottesville downtown mall assault haven Charlottesville Police detectives have released a disturbing video documenting an assault on West Main Street on the Downtown Mall.

The assault occurred Oct. 20 at 10:46 a.m.

The Haven is a day shelter for the homeless in Charlottesville.
