The Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) workshop scheduled to begin Tuesday, January 21 at 1:30 at the Sentara rmh Funkhouser Women’s Center has been postponed due to the weather and the first session is re-scheduled to begin at the same time and location on Tuesday, January 28.
The last session of the workshop will be March 4. There are 16 people registered for this workshop.
