Waynesboro Senior Center Begins Forum Series

wscThe Waynesboro Senior Center is partnering with The News Virginian for a public news forum that will be a series of community topics called “LET’S TALK: Discussing Community Interests Together.”

The first one is Friday, March 8, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at WSC, which will feature an opportunity to meet News Virginian staff and a chance to learn more about our local publication.

The host and moderator of each series will be Jonathan Hunley, the managing editor of The News Virginian. At the next forum on May 10 at the same time and place, Hunley will moderate a panel to discuss being prepared for weather emergencies. The public of all ages in invited to attend and participate.
