VMI baseball’s Jordan Tarsovich named starter in Cape Cod League All-Star Game

vmi_logoVMI’s Jordan Tarsovich has been selected as a starter for the East Division in the upcoming Friendly’s Cape Cod Baseball League All-Star Game, according to information released by the league Saturday. Tarsovich, currently playing for Yarmouth-Dennis, will start at third base in the game to be contested on Sunday, July 27 at Doran Park in Bourne, Mass.

Tarsovich, who has one season remaining at the Institute, ranks seventh in the Cape Cod League (.333) in hitting through games played July 19. His Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox currently sit at 18-14 and are on a four-game winning streak.
