UVA football depth chart for UCLA game

UVA football coach Mike London revealed the depth chart for Saturday’s home opener with seventh-ranked UCLA.

Highlights:

• True freshman Quin Blanding is listed as the starter at free safety. Fellow Top 10 national recruit from the Class of 2014, Andrew Brown, is listed as a backup at defensive tackle. Brown lost some time in training camp due to a turf toe injury.
• Left off the depth chart is another turf toe victim, senior cornerback Demetrious “Tre” Nicholson, who has been on the sidelines since the Ball State game last October.
• The starting offensive line features three sophomores (right tackle Eric Smith, left tackle Michael Mooney and left guard Ryan Doull) alongside junior center Ross Burbank and senior right guard Conner Davis.
