Toronto Blue Jays walk-off on Baltimore Orioles, 4-3

baltimore oriolesEdwin Encarnacion went deep in the bottom of the 10th to send Toronto to a 4-3 walkoff win over Baltimore on Friday.

Encarnacion homered off Brad Brach (5-1, 1.08 ERA). O’s starter Kevin Gausman (0-3, 3.45 ERA) went six and a third, giving up three runs, two earned, on eight hits, striking out four and walking one.

Mychal Givens (1.80 ERA) put in an inning and two-thirds of one-hit scoreless relief, striking out two and walking one.

Jonathan Schoop (.259/.294/.449) hit his ninth homer, and Chris Davis (.222/.343/.467) his 14th for the O’s (36-24).
