The Staunton Police Department arrested Dwayne Lee White on Tuesday for his alleged involvement in the weapon violations that occurred on July 20 in the 400 block of Montgomery Avenue.
White, 35, of Staunton has been charged and incarcerated for the following offenses:
- One count of brandishing of a firearm
- One count of unlawfully shooting into an occupied dwelling
- One count of damaged property
- One count of possession of firearm by convicted felon
- One count of reckless handling of a firearm
