SIxth District challenger Kai Degner and 24-year incumbent Rep. Bob Goodlatte have agreed to a single debate time and location: October 17th at noon in the auditorium of E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg.
The Degner campaign is hopeful this event becomes one of three to five debates that get coordinated throughout the district, which spans from Front Royal to Roanoke.
In order to expedite scheduling, Degner’s campaign has shared 17 additional dates for potential debates. Degner is coordinating a “Listening Tour” through Election Day, and will update this list of dates as he commits to other opportunities to connect with voters.
“I am hopeful we schedule debates throughout the district, and media can be present for maximum exposure,” Degner said.
