Democratic Party of Virginia chairman Brian Moran will be the featured speaker at the grand opening of the Waynesboro Democratic Committee 2012 election headquarters at 10 a.m. Saturday.
The headquarters is located at 801-B W. Broad St. in Willow Oak Plaza.
Moran is a former member of the Virginia House of Delegates and former Democratic Party gubernatorial-nomination candidate.
