The Augusta County Electoral Board announced the appointment of Constance Messick as General Registrar to a four year term commencing August 1, 2015.
Messick has served as chief assistant registrar for over eight years and is knowledgable in all aspects of operating the office.
She is familiar with the voting equipment, the officers of election, and with laws and procedures to assure free and open elections.
