
“We believe Faith’s extensive experience in economic development at the local level as well as her track record of collaboration makes her well-qualified for the unique opportunities associated with the establishment of a comprehensive economic development program for Albemarle County,” said County Executive Tom Foley in announcing the selection.
McClintic brings over 22 years of local government experience, including economic development leadership positions in Chesterfield County and Stafford County. Most recently, McClintic has been a small business owner, operating an independent consulting firm, Spectrum Growth Solutions, specializing in economic development and marketing services.
“We are pleased to have someone with Faith’s professional background and expertise join with our senior leadership team and our community partners in furthering economic vitality for Albemarle County ,” said Foley.
McClintic has a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from James Madison University and has completed graduate MBA work at the University of Richmond. She has also completed the Certified Economic Developer Program through the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
