Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance announced this week that The Steel Wheels as this year’s Grand Marshals of the Valley Fourth Parade. The “Get Outdoors” themed parade takes place Thursday, July 4, leaving from the Rockingham County Administration Building at 6pm and marching south to the City Municipal Building.
