Waynesboro Symphony Orchestra returns to The Paramount Theater

wso-logo-with-name-3The Waynesboro Symphony Orchestra highlights its 19th season with its annual concert in Charlottesville at The Paramount Theater on October 24, 2014.

The concert, appropriately titled “Symphonic Masquerade – an Evening of Suspense and Romance,” features such pieces as Strauss Overture to “Die Fledermaus” and highlights from Webber’s “Phantom of the Opera,” along with other Broadway favorites. Under the direction of Director of Music, Peter Wilson, this concert features the vocal artistry of celebrated baritone Kevin Bennear. This festive occasion promises to engage the audience with celebrated repertoire in a Pops concert theme, sure to inspire all ages. Costume attire is welcome.

Orchestra Level tickets are $30.00 and include hors d’oeuvres and cash bar. Orchestra tickets for Students are only $10.00. Balcony Level seats, at $75.00, include hors d’oeuvres, an open bar and a private reception with Dr. Wilson, and other members of the Waynesboro Symphony.
