Bring a bowl, spoon, and cup as owner Anne DeVault ladles her homemade soup and warm beverages for all comers, welcoming you for a discussion of “Community and the Melting Pot,” April’s topic in The Philosopher’s Table with author Marietta McCarty.
Marietta’s talk and interactive discussion starts at 7 p.m. Her three books will be available for sale and signing. Hot soup pairs well with good conversation. As with the spirit of the chapter, proceeds from the admission fee will be donated to the Food Bank. Limited seating. Reservations are required.
