Community Action Partnership of Staunton, Augusta and Waynesboro – CAPSAW – is releasing its annual funding application for human service programs working with low income residents of Staunton, Waynesboro and Augusta County.

Hancock, whose artworks are an exploration of the natural world and our place in it. He tries to bring together naturalistic and abstract elements into a balanced, if rather tentative, harmony.

Wayne Theatre Alliance’s 2012 Christmas Home Tour will be a chance to experience the holiday traditions and decor of some of Waynesboro’s finest homes. The annual event will feature six homes and two institutions dressed for the holiday. The Tour is from 10 am to 4 pm on December 1st. Tickets are available in advance at WTA’s office. They will be available at the Plumb House and at WTA’s Gateway before 2 pm on the day of the tour. Again this year, WTA will offer a special bus tour for those who would rather ride than drive.

WTA’s Gateway ushers in the Christmas season with a dessert cabaret featuring two of the areas favorite performers. Diane Heavner and Brian Holsopple accompanied by Don Roe will take the audience on a musical tour of the Great White Way. The performance will run for two evenings, once on Friday, November 30 and once on Saturday, December 1 at 8 pm on the Gateway stage at 329 West Main in Downtown Waynesboro.

Paul Sanders returns to WTA’s Gateway with a new edition of his popular Music Trivia Night on Friday, Nov. 23 at 7:30 pm. He promises a delightful way to entertain guests and family after the Thanksgiving holiday.
