Smart Food for Smart Teens. The Staunton Library goes on the road to the Nelson Street Center for a 4 p.m. workshop in making tasty, healthy food to keep fit and feed friends and family. After a hands-on lesson in pasta and rice recipes, young cooks will eat what they have made. Co-sponsored by Staunton Recreation and Parks Department. Registration opens Jan. 5.
