Waynesboro YMCA introduces Metabolic Meltdown

A new fitness class at the Waynesboro YMCA, Metabolic Meltdown, is a full body workout that incorporates a unique blend of strength training exercises, body weight exercises, core training, and cardio. The workout varies GREATLY from day to day, and is highly customized to the class’s needs.
