TEDxCharlottesville: Open Mic Night call for submissions now open

newspaperA select group of participants will give their best idea, performance or talk and the audience will vote for their favorite at TEDxCharlottesville Open Mic Night.

The Monday, Sept. 26 event at the Jefferson Theater in Charlottesville is free and open to the public. Doors open at 6 p.m. with speakers starting shortly afterwards. Attendees are advised to arrive early, since space is limited.

Written submissions (500 word limit) are also accepted. Open Mic Night Speakers will be chosen by Friday, September 16.
