Essentially Zen in Staunton invites Valley women to celebrate International Women’s Day with a lineup of activities in collaboration with Valley Women’s Collab.

From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 8, women will come together for a day filled with creativity, self-care and empowerment.

Activities will include:
Mini henna & glitter sessions with Alyssa from The Glitter Bee – Plus, the first 15 henna sign-ups receive a free mini Forever Summer Body Frosting for after-care!

Flower Crown Workshop – Tap into your inner goddess and create your own beautiful floral masterpiece.

Live music by Maria Leckey from The Hot Mamas. Let’s lift each other up through the power of song.

Supporting women through art and expression: Learn more about the Randi Project, an initiative which supports women in crisis through creative empowerment.

Why celebrate women? International Women’s Day is more than an event, it’s a movement. The day is about lifting each other up, honoring the achievements of women, and standing in solidarity for a more inclusive and empowered future.

Essentially Zen is at 29 Byers Street, Staunton. Information and tickets are available online.
