The Waynesboro Department of Public Works held its ninth annual Public Works Day on Saturday as part of the Wild Weekend in Waynesboro.
Displays and hands-on activities gave city residents the ability to learn more about how public works works.
An infrastructure treasure hunt, rides in the bucket truck and the chance to operate a backhoe were among the highlights of the day.
