I Love the 90s coming to the Richmond Coliseum

i love the 90sThe I Love The 90s tour coming to the Richmond Coliseum will bring you back to the days when MTV actually played music, when the president told you could smoke marijuana without inhaling, and a rubber koosh ball was on every kids Christmas list.

Featuring performances from Vanilla Ice, Salt n Pepa, Color Me Badd, Tone Loc, Coolio and Kool Moe Dee the tour will come to the Richmond Coliseum on November 4th.

The 1990s was a vibrant decade marked by multiculturalism and globalization which was enhanced by a piece of game changing technology known then as the World Wide Web.  One of the era’s most successful TV shows, The Fresh Prince of Bell Air, dramatically & comedically displayed how hip hop culture left the hood and was spread across the suburbs.

Dope, fresh & da bomb became regular vernacular, baggy pants & backwards baseball hats were regular eight-grade uniform and the music of Vanilla Ice, Salt n Pepa, Coolio & Tone Loc were taking over top 40 radio.
