Two homers by Cody Reine helped fuel an offensive explosion that lifted Oklahoma to a deciding third game with Virginia in their Super Regional matchup.

Reine drove in five OU runs as the Sooners got to UVa. sfarter Robert Morey early in a 10-7 win on Sunday. The teams will meet on Monday at 7 p.m., with the winner advancing to the College World Series next weekend.

The game will be broadcast on ESPN2.

UVa. jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first on a pair of run-scoring doubles by Dan Grovatt and Jarrett Parker. The first of Reine’s two blasts, a three-run shot, capped a four-run bottom of the first for Oklahoma that made it 4-2.

Back-to-back sacrifice flies by Grovatt and Steven Proscia tied the score at 4-4 in the third. The Sooners answered with two runs in the bottom of the third on a single by Caleb Bushyhead and a sac fly by Danny Black, then extended their lead to 8-4 in the fifth on Reine’s second longball of the day, a two-run shot.

A three-run Gosselin homer in the sixth made it 8-7, but OU answered in the bottom of the inning with a two-run home run by Max White that finished out the scoring.

UVa. had runners on first and second with one out in the seventh, but Jeremy Erbin induced a double-play grounder off the bat of Proscia to end that threat.
