Adam Downing of Virginia Cooperative Extension said, “This hands-on workshop will include free legal advice from professionals experienced in intergenerational land transfer as well as landowner testimonials of estate planning steps and strategies they have used. By attending the short course, you can ensure your wishes are met and you’ll minimize the cost of professional advisers.”
