newspaperCrossroads to Brain Injury Recovery has been awarded a second consecutive three year accreditation from CARF International for its Community Services Coordination program. This three-year accreditation extends through May 2018.

This CARF accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows Crossroads’ substantial conformance to the CARF standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous review process. Crossroads to Brain Injury Recovery has demonstrated to surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.

Crossroads’ Board President, Jacob Penrod said, “We are pleased to have received full accreditation granted by CARF for the maximum period of three years. This accomplishment speaks to the excellent services provided by the qualified professionals of Crossroads to Brain Injury Recovery, Inc. Most importantly, this external review may be seen as a stamp of approval validating the exceptional case management for individuals with brain injury in our area.”

The CARF surveyors noted “This achievement is an indication of Crossroads’ dedication and commitment to improving the quality of the lives of the persons served. Services, personnel and documentation clearly indicate an established pattern of practice excellence.”
