The Staunton-Augusta Rotary Club announced this week that 2008 Grace Christian School graduate and rising Belmont University freshman Nathan Stiteler has been awarded the annual Jazz in the Park scholarship for this year.

The $1,000 scholarship goes to area students who plan to pursue a major in music.

Stiteler will be majoring at Belmont in audio engineering and songwriting. He is planning to enter the music field after graduation.
