The left lane of northbound Interstate 81 near mile marker 212 in Augusta County reopened early this morning (Wednesday, May 23). The lane had been closed for several hours while crews excavated and repaired a sinkhole near the northbound left shoulder.

The left lane of northbound Interstate 81 near mile marker 212 in Augusta County is scheduled to close at 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, for a sinkhole repair. This location is between I-81 exit 205 at Route 606 in Raphine and exit 213 at Route 11 in Greenville.
