A Richmond woman and alleged gang member is dead following an initial beatdown and later execution for a gang infraction, according to court documents.

Five members of the Black P. Stone Nation gang pled guilty Thursday to the federal charges relating to her abduction in Richmond and her murder in York County.

On May 6, 2023, four gang members went to the victim’s apartment on Bethel Street in Richmond to beat her for the alleged gang infraction.

Later, five gang members returned to the victim’s residence and attacked her again. The five gang members then drove the victim in a Hyundai Sonata to a remote area in York County, where they shot her eight times in the head, abdomen, back, buttocks and leg, according to the Medical Examiner.

The four individuals who took part in the initial beating included Hezekiah Carney, 25, of Norfolk; Jamica Langley, 25, of Richmond; Donnisha Goodman, 27, of Portsmouth; and Acacia Jackson, 19, of New York. The fifth co-conspirator and fellow gang member, who joined the group for the second attack, abduction and murder, was identified as Jayquan Jones, 21, of Richmond.

Upon returning to Portsmouth after the murder, Carney shared ways to evade law enforcement including burning their clothing and told them to stay together and not to speak with police.

Deputies with the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office found the victim’s body along with numerous shell casings with an “S&B” headstamp.

The Norfolk Police Department located and stopped the Sonata the following day. Jackson, Goodman and Langley were in the vehicle at the time. Investigators recovered a 9mm cartridge from the vehicle with the same “S&B” headstamp from casings found at the scene of the murder.
