Virginia Tech defeats Pitt in OT, gets first ACC win

Virginia Tech junior Adam Smith hit huge three-pointers at the end of regulation and overtime to lift the Hokies over Pitt, 70-67. Smith scored 26 points in total off the bench and combined with fellow reserve Malik Muller for 48 points. The win is head coach Buzz Williams’ first-ever in ACC play.
