Valley Community Services Board’s Prevention Services Department has launched the second phase of the Life is Hard. It’s Harder on Drugs opioid misuse prevention campaign.

Through the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, VCSB’s Prevention Services Department has received opioid response prevention grant funds since 2018.

As part of a multi-strategy approach, VCSB contracted with Media Partners Inc. to facilitate this semi-regional awareness campaign.

The multimedia campaign aims to bring awareness to the dangers of opioid misuse and connect community members to credible information and resources, through the landing page off-opioids.org .

For more information on this campaign, please contact Erin Botkin at [email protected].

For additional information on treatment options at VCSB, please contact Dr. Steven Kessler (Director of Medical Services) at [email protected] or Dr. Stephen Graham (MAT Physician) at [email protected].
