Don’t get too excited just yet, but ACC head coaches and a blue-ribbon panel picked the UVA women’s basketball team to finish seventh in the conference in the 2025-2026 season.
Which is actually not bad in a league with several Final Four contenders.
And hey, the ACC got eight bids last year.
You know what that means.
In other news: Kymora Johnson, the rising junior point guard, made the Preseason All-ACC team, which has 10 members, but Johnson got the third-most votes, so she’s a true first-teamer.
This is all good stuff.
