The Staunton Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in a shooting that occurred this morning in the 100 block of Straith Street.
At approximately 1:00 a.m. on March 31, 2015, the police department received the report of a shooting in the 100 Block of Straith Street. The victim has been identified as Rakeem Moats, 22, of Staunton. Mr. Moats was transported to Augusta Health.
