The Shenandoah Community Capital Fund (SCCF) and the Shenandoah Valley Technology Council (SVTC) have announced their intention to purposefully partner and join forces.

Under the SCCF banner, SCCF and SVTC will expand a shared commitment to build a thriving, inclusive and innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem, while furthering the mission to support established innovators throughout the Shenandoah Valley.

The partnership represents a strategic and natural alignment of missions. For years, SVTC has served as a cornerstone for the region’s technology community, cultivating connections between practitioners, entrepreneurs and companies. Through conferences, a strong membership network and educational programming, SVTC has empowered technology leaders and nurtured a vibrant, collaborative environment across the Valley.

At the same time, SCCF has built a proven track record of supporting start-ups and scalable companies by providing equitable access to capital, educational resources and programming tailored to entrepreneurs. SCCF has also developed a deep, wide-reaching network across industries, creating a trusted brand as a critical catalyst for local innovation.

By bringing together the expertise, relationships and shared vision of both organizations, the partnership will:

  • Amplify impact: Combining SCCF’s infrastructure and growth-oriented programming with SVTC’s established tech community connections will allow us to deliver greater value to both existing and future businesses.
  • Strengthen networks: Entrepreneurs, innovators and business leaders will benefit from a more cohesive and accessible ecosystem, making it easier to collaborate, innovate, and thrive in the Shenandoah Valley.
  • Scale work: SCCF’s capacity for scaling programs and support will allow the mission and legacy of SVTC to expand, offering new opportunities and deeper resources for the region’s technology practitioners.

Together, both organizations are committed to unlocking the full potential of the Shenandoah Valley as a place where entrepreneurs, tech leaders and innovators are empowered to build successful ventures and create lasting economic opportunity for all. The partnership reflects a bold new chapter rooted in shared values, focused on shared growth and designed to build a stronger future for the Shenandoah Valley.
