Presentation on research, development of new drugs at JMU

Drug discovery and development will be among the topics of conversation at a presentation at James Madison University on Tuesday.
Walter Moos, the vice president of the biosciences division at SRI International, will speak in Room 2301 of the Health and Human Services Building at JMU at 5 p.m.
The presentation is free and open to the public.
SRI International is partnering with JMU and Rockingham County in the development of a new Center for Advanced Drug Research in Harrisonburg.
SRI International employees are currently operating out of offices at JMU until the new center is completed.
