Update: Tuesday, 10:28 p.m. Laythan Cullinane has been located and is safe, according to a report from The Aware Foundation.
First report: Tuesday, 9:51 p.m. Prince William County Police are searching for Laythan Cullinane, 15, who was last seen near Taconic Circle in Dumfries on March 21.
It is believed that Cullinane may still be in the local area or may have traveled to Woodbridge.
