The latest on Sting: Will he be at WrestleMania 30?

Chris Graham

stingThe latest news on Sting and WWE is that there still is no news. Despite the report from Rob Feinstein at RF Video earlier this week that Sting had already signed with WWE, multiple sources are reporting that the signing has not taken place yet, even as WWE is acting internally from a creative standpoint as if he will sign, and trying to figure out how to best use him.

The sense on the inside now is that Sting may not end up being used in a match on WrestleMania 30, quashing the long-running speculation that a dream Sting-Undertaker program at the anniversary WM will come off.

Instead, according to a report on F4WOnline.com, it’s more likely that Sting will be brought in as the general manager of Monday Night Raw, allowing any of a number of possible storylines to develop around him from there.

Depending on the timing of that move, it could be that Sting will still end up playing some role at WrestleMania 30, but not in-ring.
