Here we go again: Winter Storm Watch overnight Sunday, Monday

Contributors

snow-plow-headerEnjoy the 60-degree temperatures this weekend. The National Weather Service has Augusta County, Staunton, Waynesboro and much of the Shenandoah Valley and Central Virginia on a Winter Storm Watch for overnight Sunday into Monday, with five inches or more of snow possible.

There is also the potential for sleet and freezing rain mixed in with the snow, which would only complicate travel issues in the region on Monday.

High temperatures then remain in the 30s through Friday, with temperatures warming back up on Saturday into the mid-50s.

But first, snow.
