Two Waynesboro men have been charged in the rash of church burglaries reported in March in the River City.
Stephen Paul Bakaitis, 23, and Joshua Thomas Bakaitis, 21, have been charged in the March 14-19 incidents.
Both will face charges of breaking and entering, grand larceny and the felony destruction of property in connection with break-ins at Valley Pastoral Counseling, Bethany Lutheran Church and St. John’s Episcopal Church.
