Chris Graham

The members of DuPont Community Credit Union recently elected two members to the Board of Directors for three-year terms.

Everett J. Campbell of Nelson County was re-elected to the Board and Timothy M. Simmons of Augusta County was elected to his first term on the Board.

Campbell has served on the Board for eight years, and lives with his wife, Judy, in Nelson County. He retired in 2006 as plant manager of Hershey Chocolate in Stuarts Draft after serving in a variety of management positions beginning in 1982.

Simmons lives in Augusta County, with his wife, Rebecca. He is a trooper with the Virginia State Police, and has been active as a volunteer with a local rescue squad and Ruritan Club.

The Board also appointed Margaret Hersh as director to replace Mary Rothacker, who retired from the Board in May. Hersh is executive director of the Augusta Regional Free Clinic and the Augusta Regional Dental Clinic in Fishersville. In the past she served as a member of the nominating committee, and most recently as associate director. Hersh lives in Waynesboro with her husband, Jeff.

The Board also selected its officers at their May meeting. Campbell will serve as chairman of the Board of Directors. Q. Maurice Gresham of Augusta County will serve as vice chairman of the Board. Lynn Wagner of Augusta County will serve as secretary of the Board. Leslie E. Ramsey of Waynesboro will serve as treasurer of the Board.
