Cleveland Browns rally, top Baltimore Ravens in OT, 33-30

ravensThe Cleveland Browns rallied from a 12-point second-half deficit, and a Travis Coons field goal in overtime completed the comeback as the Browns notched a 33-30 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

It was the third time this season that the Ravens (1-4) blew a fourth-quarter lead.

Baltimore led 21-9 after a Joe Flacco 1-yard touchdown run with 7:47 to go in the third. Cleveland (2-3) got it back to a one-score game on a Josh McCown 10-yard TD run that made it 21-16 with 1:06 left in the third.

McCown connected with Gary Barnridge on an 18-yard TD pass with 12:23 left in the fourth to make it 22-21 Cleveland.

Baltimore went back on top on a Justin Forsett 1-yard touchdown run with 5:56 left that made it 27-22.

The Browns responded with a six-play, 80-yard drive that culminated with a McCown-to-Isaiah Crowell 22-yard TD pass. Cleveland got the two-point conversion on a pass from McCown to Andrew Hawkins to go up 30-27 with 3:03 to go.

Justin Tucker connected on a 23-yard field goal attempt with 25 seconds left to tie the game at 30 and send the contest into overtime.

Baltimore went three-and-out after winning the coin toss. Cleveland went 11 plays on the next possession to set up the game-winning 32-yard field goal by Coons.

McCown threw for 457 yards on 36-of-51 passing with two touchdowns. Crowell ran for 49 yards on 13 carries for the Browns, who ran for 83 yards on 25 rushes.

Flacco was 19-of-35 passing for 210 yards and a touchdown. Forsett gained 121 yards on 21 carries as the Ravens gained 181 yards on 31 rushes.
