Candlelight vigil in memory of Pulse shooting victims: Waynesboro

lgbtThe Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Waynesboro is hosting a candlelight vigil in memory of the shooting victims at the Pulse nightclub.

The vigil is scheduled for Sunday at 7:30 p.m.

The church is located at 565 Pine St., Waynesboro.

New details are unfolding of the Sunday, June 12th, morning when a 29 year-old man named Omar Mateen walked into Pulse, a gay club in Orlando, Fla., and began shooting.

By the time he was killed by police, at least 50 people were dead, and another 53 had been sent to the hospital, some with life-threatening wounds. toll to rise.  This is now the deadliest shooting in U.S. history.
