Advertise on Play Ball! baseball radio program for $75

mike bocockchris-graham-links3Legendary baseball coach Mike Bocock is returning to the airwaves this month on WSVA-550AM in Harrisonburg with “Play Ball!”

Play Ball! features Bocock and co-host Chris Graham, and will debut on WSVA-550AM in Harrisonburg on Thursday at 5:25 p.m.

The program will feature 11 total shows beginning May 8 that will air before the start of the Game of the Week on wsva. The show will also rerun on WHBG ESPN 1360AM on Saturday mornings at 8.

Augusta Free Press is handling advertising placements for the program. Placements start at $75 for inclusion in the program. Your ad will be featured in both broadcasts – the original run on wsva and the repeat on ESPN radio. More details are below.

The show will focus on baseball in the Shenandoah Valley, with coverage of local high-school and college baseball in May shifting to the Valley League and Rockingham County League all summer.

“Play Ball!” will also feature special coverage of the local high-school talent showcase to be held at Bridgewater College in June.

About the Hosts:
Bocock’s teams have won eight Valley Baseball League championships in his 25 years in coaching. Graham is the editor of The Augusta Free Press and the long-time voice of the Waynesboro Generals.
