President Barack Obama delivered his State of the Union address last night, reiterating his commitment to industrial carbon pollution standards and declaring, “Climate change is a fact.”

On Saturday, February 1 at 2 p.m. the Augusta County Library will host an Artist Trading Card Workshop. Participants in this free workshop will create and trade miniature works of art under the guidance of local artist Ron Hiserman. No previous experience with art is required.
