Attorney General Mark Herring announced that claim forms are going out today to approximately 3,050 SunTrust borrowers in Virginia who lost their homes to foreclosure between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2013 and who may be eligible for payment under the $550 million SunTrust national mortgage foreclosure settlement.
