The Waynesboro Police Department arrested a man early this morning after an argument between his girlfriend and him turn violent in the latest case of felony domestic violence in the city. Officers charged Jason Michael Anderson, 32 years old of no fixed address, with felony strangulation and misdemeanor assault and battery on family or household member.
