The Waynesboro Public Library has a busy schedule for the month of August 2012

The Waynesboro Generals announce that legendary Valley League coach Mike Bocock has been added to the coaching staff. Bocock will serve as associate head coach under Coach Derek McDaniel for the remainder of the 2012 season, and will assume duties as head coach following the season

Six members of the 2012 Waynesboro Generals were selected for the Valley League All-Star Game, and Coach Derek McDaniel was named the head coach of the South All-Star team

Children’s Summer Reading Program – “Dream Big, Read” at your library. This program is open to children and young adults of all ages and reading abilities. The store is back and full of books. Earn weekly prizes and library dollars by reading and spend those dollars in the library store
