White Hall District supervisor Ann Mallek has announced her 22nd series of town halls. Citizens are invited to present and discuss issues of concern and may attend any of the three meetings, as best fits their schedule.
The Route 29 Hydraulic Planning Advisory Panel will hold its next meeting from 2-4 p.m. Thursday at the Virginia Transportation Research Council, 530 Edgemont Road in Charlottesville. This meeting will continue discussions of the transportation improvement phase of the Hydraulic small area planning study.
Traffic signals with flashing yellow left turn arrows will be installed at five intersections on Route 33 and Route 29 in Greene County during the next two weeks. One intersection in Fauquier County will also be outfitted with the new signal heads.
