She now ranks fourth in the nation in the statistic and is second in the conference. She is 8-of-14 from three-point range in the last three games (57.1 percent)
  • Willoughby comes into the game with 493 career rebounds, seven shy of reaching the 500 benchmark. In the last 10 years, seven other UVA players have topped 500 career rebounds including Lauren Moses, who finished her career with 748
  • Willoughby scored 14 points against Florida State, all in the second half. She has scored in double figures in five of the last six games, with two 20+ point performances in that span
  • Senior forward Mone Jones (Durham, N.C.) had seven rebounds against Florida State, all offensive. It was the second-straight game in which a Cavalier had five or more offensive rebounds, with junior forward Jablonowski (Ernster, Luxembourg) grabbing six against Charlotte. Jones’ seven O-boards led to 10 of UVA’s 14 second-chance points against the Seminoles
  • Jones has grabbed five or more rebounds in each of the last four games
  • Sophomore guard Brianna Tinsley (Madison, Va.) led the Cavaliers with 19 points against Florida State. It was the third time this season she has led the team in scoring.

  • Jablonowski scored eight points against FSU, going 4-of-6 from the field. In the last two games, Jablonowski is shooting 69.2 percent (9-of-13)
  • The Cavaliers have had fewer turnovers than their opponent in each of the last two games
  • This is Virginia’s fourth true road game of the year (1-2 record). The Cavaliers picked up a 73-67 victory at Old Dominion on Nov. 18, the first victory in Tina Thompson’s head coaching career
  • Virginia is 12th in the nation and second in the ACC for fewest fouls per game, averaging just 13.6 per contest
