Waynesboro: Author talk and reception with Beth Macy planned for March 15

beth macy waynesboro Best-selling author and Congressional candidate Beth Macy will take part in author talk and reception on March 15 at 2 p.m. at the Shenandoah Valley Art Center in Waynesboro.

The event is presented by the Charlottesville chapter of the National Organization for Women, or NOW.

The conversation will center around her work covering left-behind rural communities as well as the current political polarization and fracturing of families.

Gayle Jessup White will serve as moderator.

The event is free, but guests are asked to register in advance. Book sales will be offered through Stone Soup Books.
