UVA Basketball | Tip times, TV networks announced for the 2025-2026 schedule

By my count, we have three home UVA Basketball games with a 9 p.m. ET tip – Hampton, for some reason, on Nov. 11, Cal on Jan. 7, and Pitt on Feb. 3.

The times and TV for our 2025-2026 schedule were released today.

Hate 9 p.m. home tips.

Also hate noon ET home tips – and we have one of those, Syracuse, on Feb. 7.

The Pitt 9 p.m. ET tip and the Syracuse noon ET tip are the same week.

That’s just … cruel.

The road schedule includes a 9:15 p.m. ET tip at Texas on Dec. 3, a noon ET tip in Charlotte for Dayton on Dec. 6, particularly odd 11 a.m. ET tip at NC State on Jan. 3, a noon ET tip at SMU on Jan. 17, which might as well be at 11 a.m., because it’s 11 a.m. local time, a 9 p.m. ET tip at Georgia Tech on Feb. 18, and a noon tip at Duke on Feb. 28.

Notice there, again, a late tip in Texas mid-week, three days later, an early tip in Charlotte for Dayton.

Just … cruel.
