Shenandoah man charged in Oct. 30 crash in Waynesboro

Lucas, Zachary EugeneThe Waynesboro Police Department has obtained five charges for the driver involved in the October 30 single vehicle crash that occurred at 6:49 p.m. at West Main Street and Locust Avenue.

Zachary Eugene Lucas, 23 years old, of Shenandoah faces the following charges:

  • Reckless Driving
  • Driving on a Suspended License
  • Possession of Marijuana
  • Knowingly Operate an Uninsured Motor Vehicle
  • Failure to a Seat Belt

Lucas has not been served his warrants.  He has been discharged from UVA Medical Center where he was airlifted after the crash
